The Monkey Hide comfortably accommodates a couple in an open-plan wing set back from the Main Lodge at Ashfield-on-Hogsback. The lounge area is centred around the log fireplace. It has a kitchenette and en-suite (shower) bathroom.
This is a comfortable retreat from the hustle and bustle of town life and we aim to attract longer stay guests who seek to replenish their souls in a semi-rural setting; yet with the convenience of restaurants and a mini supermarket down the road.
"The Monkey hide got its name due to frequent visits by the famous forest Samango monkeys, and many birds nest here, including loeries and crowned hornbills who knock on our windows for regular snacks."
